How We Handle Returns

We want to make your online shopping experience with us enjoyable, simple and risk-free. This is why we offer a no fuss, hassle free returns policy.

No fuss 30-day return or exchange policy

We want you to love your purchase but if for whatever reason you’re not absolutely thrilled by it, and you can return it to us in an unused condition, we will refund you 100% of the purchase price paid or exchange it for another product (to the same value). This only applies within 30 days of your original purchase.

Hassle free 90-day faulty item repair or replacement policy

Your purchase will be considered faulty if it is received damaged, or a manufacturing fault occurs within 90 days of purchase. Products damaged as a result of reasonable wear and tear are not considered to be faulty (determined at our discretion). Where possible, we’re happy to repair the faulty product or alternatively if this is not possible, we’d love to replace it with a product made in the same design (or an alternative if it is out of stock) and cover your return shipping costs.
